Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for SktchRef AI Pro subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.

If you are not satisfied with your first Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. This applies to your first Pro purchase only and does not apply to subsequent renewals.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before your renewal date through the Billing Portal in your account settings.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Pricing or your account billing settings. Your Pro access remains active through the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day window.
• Partial months or unused days of a billing period.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• AI generations or features already consumed during the period.

Email billing@sktchref.ai from the email address on your account with your purchase date and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Disputed charges may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
