The Service, including its name, logo, design, layout, source code, interface, copy, illustrations, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of SktchRef AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, clone, mirror, scrape, or reproduce any portion of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service's branding, name, design, or visual identity.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content.
• Use automated tools to access, harvest, or collect data from the Service.

You retain ownership of artwork and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

AI-generated reference images are produced for personal artistic study and practice. You may use them for your own artwork, but you may not resell them as standalone assets or claim them as original photography.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@sktchref.ai with: (a) your contact info, (b) the work claimed to be infringed, (c) the URL of the infringing material, and (d) a good-faith statement and signature.

"SktchRef", "SktchRef AI", and the SktchRef logo are trademarks of SktchRef AI. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SktchRef AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
