Check your connection. SktchRef AI streams reference images from the cloud, so a slow network can stall thumbnails.

Clear your saved-references cache from Profile → Edit → Storage. Your boards stay safe in the cloud.

Open Profile → Edit → Manage Subscription. Stripe sometimes takes ~30s after checkout for the webhook to flip your status.
